Established in Howell, NJ, in 1950, Puglisi Egg Farms is a third-generation, family-owned business. Our legacy began with Emanuel “Manny” Puglisi, an immigrant from Ragusa, Sicily, who, after serving in the army during WW2, pursued his American dream. Starting as a carpenter in New York City, Manny's journey shifted when he ventured into selling eggs on the side, ultimately founding Puglisi Egg Farms.

In the face of adversity and fierce competition in the 60s, Manny's resilience, with the unwavering support of his wife Mary, propelled the business forward. Overcoming hardships, expanding capacity, and revolutionizing poultry buildings, Puglisi Egg Farms became synonymous with quality and innovation.

Manny's retirement in 1985 marked a generational shift as his sons, John, Mike, and Paul, took the reins. With visionary leadership, investment in cutting-edge technology, and strategic expansions, our humble farm grew to unprecedented heights. Acquiring Delaware Egg Farm in 2008 further solidified our commitment to excellence and expansion.
